Duckyo AI (“We") respects the privacy rights of you and are committed to protecting the information collected through our App (“Services”). We have adopted this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to explain how we collect, store, and use the information collected in connection with our Services.

  • Creation of accounts which allow users to use our Services.
  • Fulfil our contractual obligations to you, for example to provide the services you request.
  • Improve user experience and product operations.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure your and other users' safety and security, the security of our Services, our partners, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Measurement and Analytics: Measurement of our Services' effectiveness including performance of the application (e.g., crashes and causes of crashes), stability, and your usage for recommendations of both accounts and Content.
  • Customer service communication and feedback.
  • Advertising and marketing: We may use your personal data to build a profile about you, understand your preferences, and help determine which marketing materials (for example, region- or sector-focused) would be of interest to you. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before sending such marketing materials; You can also reject it through our App.
  • Complying with our legal obligations and exercising our legal rights.

  • With our vendors. We may provide information to vendors we hire to carry out specific work for us. This includes cloud providers like AWS that store data. We may also provide limited information to advertising platforms to help us reach people that we think will like our products and to measure the performance of our ads shown on those platforms.
  • To comply with the law. We may disclose information in response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is required by law, including meeting national security or law enforcement requirements.
  • With potential transaction partners. With potential transaction partners, service providers, advisors, and other third parties in connection with the consideration, negotiation, or completion of a corporate transaction in which we are acquired by or merged with another company or we sell or transfer all or a portion of our assets or business. Should such a sale or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to require the entity to which we transfer your personal data to use it in a manner consistent with this policy.

We’re committed to keeping your data secure by any means available, therefore, we’ve taken appropriate steps & measures according to industry standards, including, where suitable, encryption, to ensure that your personal data & transactions are protected from unauthorized access, misuse or modification.

We will delete your personal data within a reasonable period after the processing purpose is completed, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.

Your personal data will be stored in Singapore AWS.

  • transfer – request that your data be shared with a third party;
  • withdraw your consent – where we are relying on your consent to process your data, you can withdraw your consent at any time.

6. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13 (or such legally required age of consent as defined under applicable laws). In the case we discover that a child under 13 (or such legally required age of consent as defined under applicable laws) has provided us with personal data, we immediately delete this from our servers.
